Heard learned counsel for the appellant, Ms. R.D. Mozumdar. 3. The appellant has submitted that the appeal has been preferred against the impugned Judgment and award dated 24.01.2019 and the same has been admitted for hearing. The appellant has taken good grounds for appeal and the appeal is likely to succeed, and therefore, in the interest of justice, the impugned Judgment and award may be stayed by this Court. 4.
