Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, petitioner filed an application (Annexure P-1) under Rule 72 of the CG Motor Vehicle Rules, 1994 (henceforth referred to as ‘the Rules of 1994’) for change of timing and extension of root from ‘Korba to Bilaspur via Darri, Katghora, Pali’ to ‘Korba to Bilaspur via Darri, Katghora, Pali, Ratanpur’ and one trip back of his bus bearing registration No. CG 10 CB 1773. Aforesaid application is pending consideration since 24-10-2025 and in furtherance of his application Annexure P-1, he also filed an application Annexure P-2 dated 24-2-2026, but the same has not been decided. Hence, he prays that this writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent to decide application dated 24-2-2026 within a period of 30 days. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to allow above limited prayer. 4. Rule 74 of the Rules of 1994 provides 30 days time to decide the application for variation of any condition of permit or change of time. In instant case, the application filed by the petitioner seeking aforesaid relief was filed on 24-2-2026, but even after lapse of 30 days, same has not been decided. Hence, the respondent is directed to decide application 24-2-2026 filed by the petitioner under Rule 72 of the Rules of 1994 as early as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from today. 5. With the above observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. 6. Learned counsel for both the parties are directed to apprise the 3 respondent authority about this order. 7.
