This writ petition is filed to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents in completing the pending work of providing electricity connections to petitioner three bores as well as providing service numbers to the said connections in petitioner lands situated in Sy.No 619 admeasuring Ac.5-94 cents and Sy No.539/A admeasuring Ac.2-36 cents situated at Toorpu Yerraballi Village, Kondapuram Mandal as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to provide service numbers by completing the pending work of providing electricity connections to petitioner three bores. 2. None appears for the petitioner. 3. During hearing, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL furnished written instructions dated 17.08.2026 issued by the Assistant Engineer Operation, APSPDCL, Kondapuram, wherein it is stated that the agriculture service connections released on 05.10.2020 vide Service No.3231223001099, 3231223001108 and 3231223001109 in the name 4 of Bonamukkala Poli Reddy s/o Malakonda Reddy at Toorpu Yerraballi Village, Kondapuram Mandal are still in live status. 4. In view of the fact that the service connections were already granted and they are in active status, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and the writ petition is closed. 5.
