Issue a writ of certiorari or such other writ or order or direction to quash impugned redeployment order 31.03.2026 bearing No.A1 P1 E/3764 K-erp Doc Id 191706 which is produced and marked as Annexure-A by permitting the petitioner to work in Yelahanka Combine Circle Power Plant. b. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is due to retire on 31.05.2026, the present petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent ventilating his grievances and the respondent may be directed to consider the same and take appropriate decision within a stipulated time frame. 4. Submission is placed on record. 5. Petition stands disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent ventilating his grievances within a period of 10 days from today. If the petitioner submits such a representation to the respondent within a period of 10 days - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21820 WP No. 10933 of 2026 from today, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate decision within a period of 4 weeks from the date of submission of the said representation by the petitioner. 6. The material on record discloses that the petitioner is due to attain the age of superannuation on 31.05.2026 and this aspect would necessarily have to be borne in mind by the respondent while passing appropriate orders as stated supra. Under these circumstances, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the petitioner to submit a representation within a period of 10 days from today. If such a representation is submitted, the respondent shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of 4 weeks from the date of submission of the said representation, bearing in mind that the petitioner would attain the age of superannuation on 31.05.2026. 7. It is further directed that till the respondent passes appropriate orders and for a period of 2 weeks thereafter, the respondent shall not give effect to the impugned order. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21820 WP No. 10933 of 2026 Subject to the aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of. 8.
