By way of this petition, the petitioner has approached this Court, feeling aggrieved by the fact that order dated 27.01.2026 (Annexure P-4), in terms whereof, the petitioner has been transferred from GPS Chiyaro, Education Block Sangrah, District Sirmour, H.P. to GPS Jhankando, Education Block Ranhot, District Sirmour, H.P., is not being implemented as the petitioner is not being relieved. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General was called for to have instructions and he apprised the Court that Deputy Director, School Education, to the Government of Himachal Pradesh has issued directions to the effect that the petitioner be relieved from his present station. 3. Be that as it may, in light of the fact that there is no 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:6886 dispute that the petitioner already stands transferred in terms of Annexure P-4 and now the only issue is with regard to his relieving, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be deemed to have been relieved and on the strength of this order passed by the Court, he shall join the station to which he stands transferred forthwith. There shall no necessity of any formal order of relieving being passed in his favour by the Authority. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
