Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed appeal under Section 30 of Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 against an order passed by Recovery Officer and the said appeal is pending consideration before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Dehradun since 2023. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Debts Recovery Tribunal Dehradun to make endeavor to decide the appeal filed by petitioner, within two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
