Mr. Sumit Sharma, learned Deputy Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced letter dated 10.03.2026 and copy of office order of the same date, issued by the Director School Education, Himachal Pradesh. The same are taken on record. 3. A perusal of order dated 10.03.2026 passed by the Director School Education, Himachal Pradesh reveals that the petitioners have been allowed higher pay-scale of Rs.41600/- 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 after two years of regular service, subject to final outcome of the LPA. The concerned DDO has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners and release the arrears as per Finance Department instructions. 4. In view of the said fact, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition, except that the respondents shall make the payment of arrears within eight weeks from today. In case the arrears are not paid within eight weeks, the petitioners shall be at liberty to revive the execution petition. 5.
