This is an application filed by the applicants seeking for leave to file a review application as an aggrieved party against the order dated 25.09.2024, passed in WP(C) No. 15.05.2024. 3. It is stated by the applicants that by order dated 25.09.2024, the matter was remanded back to the respondent authorities to take a decision as to whether they would pursue with the selection process or go for a fresh selection process for appointment to the post of Lat Mandal commenced with the advertisement by the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari and in pursuance to that remand order, the authorities had cancelled the entire selection process. 4. Mr S K Goswami, learned counsel for the applicant submits that prior to the order dated 25.09.2024, there was a writ petition challenging the same selection process, which was dismissed by this Court. But the learned counsel submits that the same was
Page No.# 3/3 not placed before the Court, while the order dated 25.09.2024 was passed. As such, the petitioner has preferred the review application on the ground that the same was an error apparent on the face of the record. 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it fit to allow the instant application granting leave to the applicant to file the connected review petition, being an affected party. 6.
The Registry is directed to register the review petition and place it before this Court for admission. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
