Recording the said order dated 13.07.2023, earlier the contempt petition was closed by this Court on 11.07.2025. The petitioner now seeks for reopening of the same through this sub application. 2. When the order dated 15.11.2022 has been complied with by the respondents by passing a final order dated 13.07.2023, the petitioner will have to necessarily challenge the same if he is aggrieved by the order dated 13.07.2023. However, instead of challenging the same, the petitioner has now come forward with this sub application, which is not maintainable. After this Court expressed its view, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would now submit that the petitioner may be granted liberty to challenge the order dated 13.07.2023 passed by the respondents in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
