By filing the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs :- “1. Any other relief/relief's which Hon'ble court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the instant case.” 2. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned authority for redressal of the grievance raised herein, submitting that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent No. 6, who has allegedly failed to pay the outstanding dues of the workers, on account of which the workers are approaching the petitioner, being the Ex-Sarpanch of the concerned Gram Panchayat, for redressal of their grievances. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 6 submits that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy available before the competent authority and, therefore, the present petition is not maintainable. In addition, now the Gram Panchayat has been amalgamated into Nagar Panchayat, Kopra and as such, the concerned Chief Municipal Officer will look after the matter in respect of payment of outstanding dues of the workers. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for, to approach the competent authority for redressal of the grievance, in accordance with law.
