The alleged detenue namely Ms. Akshita Kishore is present. She has been produced by the 6th respondent – Station House Officer, Gunadala Police Station, Vijayawada, N.T.R. District. 3. The 7th respondent is not present and the 8th respondent is present, who is the father of the 7th respondent. 4. It is stated that there are certain criminal cases registered against the 7th respondent and non-bailable warrants have been issued in some cases. 5. The alleged detenue has been identified by the petitioner as her daughter. 6. The alleged detenue on being questioned, she states that her age is 19 years. She is major on the point of majority. To that effect, the petitioner has filed a copy of the Aadhaar card to show the date of birth as 10.11.2006. 7. She submits that she has married the 7th respondent and is living with him in his house as also with the 8th respondent of her own free will, voluntarily and there is no compulsion on her. She had made the statement, 4 RNT,J & PKC,J W.P.No.23004 of 2026 voluntarily and also submits that she would continue to live with the 7th respondent. 8. Recording the same, the Writ for Habeas Corpus is dismissed. No order as to costs.
