Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the Police after completion of the investigation has submitted charge-sheet against the accused-petitioner wayback on 17.01.2019 for offences punishable under Section 420 and 272 of IPC and Sections 58 and 59 of the Food Safety and Standard Act, 2006. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor further submits that the accused-petitioner was released on bail however, since he is not appearing before the trial Court, arrest warrants have already been issued to ensure his presence. 4. Having gone through the contents of the First Information Report, this Court feels that this is not a fit case to invoke inherent jurisdiction to quash the FIR in view of the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of State [2026:RJ-JP:21043] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-5258/2017] of Haryana & Ors.
