Learned counsel after arguing for some time prays for allowing him to move an appropriate application as directed by the learned Single Judge and he prays that the learned Tribunal be directed to decide the case at the earliest. 2. If the appellants file an appropriate application in terms of Section 21 of the Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Act, 1989, the learned Tribunal shall examine the case on merits and is directed to decide the application within period of four months from the date of filing of the application. 4.
