Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P., representing the State respondent. This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of bail to the accused-applicant in connection with Biswanath Chariali P.S. Case No. 84/2026, registered under Sections 223/61(2)/303(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. Mr. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P. submits that charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed, vide charge-sheet No. 75/2026 dated 26.05.2026. Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that in view of filing of the charge-sheet, he may be allowed to go to the jurisdictional court, wherein, the charge-sheet has been filed, for proper relief. Taking into account the aforesaid submission, the instant bail application is closed with a liberty granted to the accused-applicant to approach the jurisdictional court within 15 days of passing the instant order for any proper relief, if so advised. Till his appearance, the interim order passed earlier on 08.05.2026 shall be continued. Accordingly, the instant bail application is disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
