1. Ms. Shivani, petitioner present in person.
2. Mr. V.P. Bahuguna, learned counsel for respondent no. 1.
3. Mr. Sandeep Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent no. 2.
4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-
(i) Issue a writ of Certiorari quashing the demand of Rs. 6,000/- raised by Respondent No. 1 as a condition precedent for transfer of the petitioner’s enrolment under Section 18 of the Advocates Act, 1961;
(ii) Issue a writ of Certiorari quashing the Resolution, Rule, Circular, Notification, or any other instrument, if any, issued or relied upon by the Respondent No. 1 for levying the impugned amount as a condition precedent for transfer under Section 18 of the Advocates Act, 1961, after summong the same from the office of Respondent No. 1 in original.
(iii) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 to enter the name of the petitioner upon the Roll of the Bar Council of Uttarakhand pursuant to the transfer order issued by the Bar Concil of India without insisting upon payment

(iv) Declare that no fee can be demanded by Respondent No. 1 as a condition precedent for transfer under Section 18 of the Advocates Act, 1961;
(v) Mould, Grant and Issue any other, writ, order or direction in favour of the petitioner as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case;
5. Mr. V.P. Bahuguna, learned counsel appearing for Bar Council of Uttarakhand makes a statement that petitioner’s name has been transferred from the roll of Bar Council of Delhi to Bar Council of Uttarakhand, and no fees shall be charged from her.
6. In view of the statement so made by learned counsel for Bar Council of Uttarakhand, no further direction is needed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
