The present appeal has been filed against the impugned order dated 27.11.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Chatra in Misc. Cr. Application No.1955 of 2025 in connection with Mayurhand P.S. Case No.48 of 2025, corresponding to SC/ST Case No.41 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 63, 69, 351(3) of the B.N.S 2023 and Sections 3/4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The case is pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge SC/ST Act, Chatra. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that both the parties are major and they were in a relationship for the last two years. The present case has been lodged due to non-solemnization of the marriage. The appellant is in custody since 20.09.2025. On that basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the respondent No.2 have opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the above facts, the appellant named above, is directed to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge SC/ST Act, Chatra in connection with Mayurhand P.S. Case No.48 of 2025, corresponding to SC/ST 2. Criminal Appeal (S.J) 1104 of 20225 Case No.41 of 2025, subject to the condition that the appellant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned court below which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court. 6.
