The Mediation Centre cannot be termed as a Court. Therefore, they cannot be directed to appoint a Surveyor to assist the parties in settling the issue through mediation. If the parties to the mediation wants they can engage a private Surveyor to survey the property and to settle the matter before the Mediation Centre. 3. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application.
