And pass any other order(s), direction (s) as this Hon’ble Court may deems fit and proper in the

4. It is stated by learned counsel for the Petitioner that although the Petitioner is working as an Assistant Teacher, however, the Headmaster of the School while sending the staffing pattern of the school to the concerned District Education Officer has not included the name of the Petitioner in that list. Being aggrieved by such conduct of the Headmaster of the school, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ application.
5.
Learned counsel for the State on the other hand contended that the Petitioner has not approached the competent authority, i.e., District Education Officer, Balasore, Opposite Party No.3 before approaching this Court by filing the present writ application. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the State contended that in the event liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach the Opposite Party No.3 for redressal of his grievance, he will have no objection to the same.
6. Having heard the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties, on a careful examination of the factual background as well as materials on record, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the writ application at the stage of admission by granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Opposite Party No.3 by filing a detailed representation taking therein all the grounds along with all supporting documents along with a certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from
