The reason stated for the delay is that the applicant counsel's fell ill and was admitted in hospital due to which the applicant's counsel could not re-present the said papers. 3. Though this court is not completely satisfied with the reason stated by the applicant counsel considering the fact that the delay is only in re-presentation.
