This Court, vide order dated 15.10.2025, passed in CRR No. 1247/2025, while disposing of the revision filed by the petitioner, namely, Ms. Geeta Sharma, had directed the the Family Court to conclude the proceedings under Section 144 of BNSS, preferably within a period of three months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District – Durg (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 24.03.2026 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the proceedings under Section 144 of BNSS. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, the proceedings under Section RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 144 of BNSS is at the stage of evidence of wife/Ms. Geeta Sharma, and due to her sickness she is not appearing before the Family Court, and therefore, the proceedings of the Family Court in the present matter is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the proceedings. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned Family Court is directed to conclude the proceedings under Section 144 of BNSS as early as possible, preferably within a further period of 02 months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 7.
