In this Writ Petition, petitioner is assailing the impugned endorsement dated 23.04.2024 (Annexure-F) and the endorsement dated 21.04.2025 (Annexure-H) issued by the respondent - University, inter alia sought for a direction to the respondent - University to issue LL.M. Degree Certificate to the petitioner, with effect from 2016. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17118 WP No. 32542 of 2025 2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the Notification dated 12.03.2026 issued by the respondent - University to conduct examination for students who have not taken examination during the academic years 2001-02 till 2014-15, I am of the view that, the respondent - University shall permit the petitioner herein to take examination and attend viva voce, in terms of the said Notification dated 12.03.2026. In this regard, it is made clear that the petitioner shall abide by the Rules and Regulations of the respondent - University. 3. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
