JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH O R D E R 08.06.2026 The Petitioner herein has approached this Court being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Respondent Authorities to make payment of his outstanding dues for hiring of the vehicle to the Petitioner. 2. Mr. N. R. Sarmah, the learned Standing Counsel of the BTC submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 12.12.2025, the Petitioner had approached the Respondent Authorities by submitting the bills as per the approved rate of the Page No.# 3/3 BTC. In pursuance thereto, the financial sanction has already been granted to the Petitioner. In that regard, the instructions dated 06.06.2026 along with the financial sanction order dated 06.06.2026 has been placed before this Court which is kept on record and marked with the letter 'X'. 3. From the said instructions as well as the financial sanctions, it is seen that an amount of Rs.4,68,000/- has been sanctioned to be released to the Petitioner. 4. Mr. H. R. Ahmed, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that in view of the said financial sanction being granted, as the Petitioner would be receiving the present amount, the Petitioner would not like to further pursue the instant proceedings. 5. Accordingly, this Court closes the instant writ petition with a direction upon the Respondent Authorities that in pursuance to the financial sanction being issued, the said amount be disbursed to the Petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of the present order.
