Heard Mr. Abhinav Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent No.1 / State. 2. The petitioners have filed this petition praying for following relief:- “It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and set- aside/quash the impugned F.I.R./Crime No. 0239/2025 dated 11.07.2024 Under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the I.P.C. 1860 lodged at Police Station Nawagarh District Bemetra (C.G.) as well as quashing of impugned charge sheet filed by the investigating officer bearing final report No. 122/2025 dated 02.08.2025 and entire consequential criminal proceeding bearing Criminal Case/4088/2025 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bemetra, including order dated 12.08.2025 by which the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bemetra, had taken cognizance for the offence u/s 420,467,468,471,120-B of the I.P.C. 1860, against the petitioners in the interest of justice.” 3. From a perusal of the relief clause, it transpires that the charges 3 have already been framed against the petitioner on 28.11.2025 and, although the said order has been annexed with the present petition, the same has not been specifically challenged. Further, from the order-sheets placed on record, it is evident that the matter was fixed for recording of prosecution evidence on 07.02.2026, however, the subsequent order-sheets have not been brought on record and even learned counsel for the petitioners is unable to apprise this Court as to whether the prosecution evidence has commenced or not. Such omission of material particulars assumes significance and reflects that the petition has been drafted in a vague, casual, and sketchy manner, thereby rendering the relief sought uncertain and incomplete, and resulting in avoidable wastage of valuable judicial time. 4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed on this ground alone, with liberty to file petition afresh, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioners in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Multi Handicapped Special School, Bagbahra, District- Mahasamund (C.G.), for wasting the precious time of this Court. 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
