This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.477 of 2024 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, District – North 24-Parganas as well as the applications for amendment of plaint under Order 6 Rule 17 and application for temporary injunction filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in the said suit. 2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 3. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, District – North 24- Parganas to dispose of the application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code as well as Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 4. Thereafter, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of Title Suit No.477 of 2024 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5. With the aforesaid observations, CO 1121 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs. 6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
