02/ 29.04.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Balidih ((Industrial O.P.) P.S. Case No. 97/2019, corresponding to G.R. No. 1202/2025, registered under sections 306 and 34 of the I.P.C, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Bokaro.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has been investigated by the police in which final form has been submitted wherein the petitioner has not been sent up for trial. However, the learned court differing with the final form has been pleased to take cognizance. He next submits that in the final form it has come that informant has stated that he has lodged the case due to misconception. He further submits that deceased has died due to asphyxia hanging and the death has occurred in the house of informant. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

On repeated calls nobody appeared on behalf of the State.

It is an admitted fact that the petitioner has not been sent up for trial and informant has stated that he has lodged the case due to misconception. The deceased has died due to asphyxia hanging and the death has occurred in the house of informant.

In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am

inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Bokaro, in connection with Balidih ((Industrial O.P.) P.S. Case No. 97/2019, corresponding to G.R. No. 1202/2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
