Manoji Bai W/o Satyanarayan. Pursuant to order of this Court dated 21.05.2026, learned GA-cum-AAG has submitted the status report dated 21.05.2026 furnished by Officer In-charge Women Prison Reformatory Kota, [2026:RJ-JP:21802-DB] (2 of 2) [SOSA-874/2026] along with the sonography report which reflects that the expected date of delivery is 17.06.2026. In view thereof, we deem it just and proper to extend the applicant No.2-Smt. Manoji Bai W/o Satyanarayan benefit of temporary suspension of sentence for a period of 90 days from the date of her release from the custody on furnishing bail/bond to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Superintendent, Jail. The prayer made by the applicant No.1-Smt. Badambai W/o Hemraj is rejected. The second suspension of sentence is partly allowed in aforesaid terms.
