Nos.22360 and 22362 of 2025 in SA No.315 of 2014 DR.A.D.MARIA CLETE,J CMP No.22362 of 2025 in SA No.315 of 2014, is filed to declare the petitioner/Arunkumar, who is respondent/plaintiff in the SA No.315 of 2014 as major and to permit to defend the second appeal and CMP No.22360 of 2025 in SA No.315 of 2014, is filed to discharge the petitioner/Ganesan from the guardianship for the minor Arunkumar, who is now major and to permit him to conduct the second appeal respectively. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.
