It is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the main suit itself got disposed of, against which, an appeal has been filed before this Court and the same is pending. 3. In such view of the matter, keeping this contempt petition alive serves no purpose, since the grievance of the petitioner can be agitated before the appellate Court, where, the appeal is pending.
