This Court, vide order dated 16.04.2025, passed in MCRC No. 2154 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Mukesh Agrawal, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on occasion also, this Court had granted extension of time for conclusion of the trial vide order dated 07.11.2025 in CRMP No.3331/2025. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, District – Mahasamund (C.G.) through learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Mahasamund (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 04.04.2026 has requested for grant of 05 month’s time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the present case is at the stage of prosecution evidence, and due to non-availability of handwriting examiner report from State Document Examiner, Police Headquarters, Nava Raipur (C.G.), the trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of 05 month’s time for concluding the trial. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of 03 month from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
