This is an application under Section 430 (1) praying for suspension of sentence and for allowing the applicant to remain on previous bail. 3. I have gone through the judgment of the court below. I have also considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 4. The sentence dated 08.05.2026 imposed upon the applicant Md. Saiful Islam by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chirang in Sessions Case No.24/2024 shall remain suspended till disposal of the connected Criminal Appeal. 5. The applicant, namely, Md.
