Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2. Heard learned counsel for the respondents. 3. The claim of the petitioner herein is that the respondent organization is not issuing Gate passes to the petitioner herein even though there is an agreement dated 08.05.2015 between the petitioner and the respondents. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the said agreement is only for a period of twelve months i.e., from 01.04.2015 to 31.03.2016. Since the agreement between the petitioner and respondents is completed by 31.03.2016, no cause survives for further adjudication and the matter becomes infructuous. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
