THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioners seek for the following reliefs:- (i) Issue a Writ or a direction or an appropriate order in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 3 is to consider the representations of the 1st Petitioner for regularization and consequential benefits the service of the Petitioner as library supervisor pursuant to representation dated 29/12/2025 given by the 1st Petitioner to the 3rd - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23741 WP No. 13816 of 2026 respondent THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER ZILLA PANCHAYATH MYSORE VIDE ANNEXURE-J ii). Issue a Writ or a direction or an appropriate order in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 3 is to consider the representations of the 2ND Petitioners for regularization and consequential benefits the service of the Petitioner as library supervisor pursuant to representation dated 30/12/2025 given by the 2ND Petitioner to the 3rd respondent THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER ZILLA PANCHAYATH MYSORE VIDE ANNEXURE- К. (iii) Issue any other order or directions and grant such other reliefs this writ petition. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned counsel for the respondents No.3, 4 and 5 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations dated 29.12.2025 and 30.12.2025 at Annexures-J and K respectively submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23741 WP No. 13816 of 2026 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representations dated 29.12.2025 and 30.12.2025 at Annexures-J and K respectively and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision bearing in mind and taking into account the judgment passed in W.P.No.101474/2025 dated 02.12.2025 (Dharwad Bench) and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
