Reportedly, no decision is taken on petitioner’s application, as such, he has approached this Court seeking a direction to consider his claim in the light of the recommendation made by District Magistrate on 28.05.2025. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to respondent no. 1 to have the matter placed before the Competent Authority for decision on petitioner’s application.
