The petitioner-in-person submits that in the writ petition, he has alleged of fraud committed by respondent no.17. However, due to inadvertence, the respondent no.17 was not impleaded in the writ petition. Accordingly, he prays that the opposite party no.17 who has been left out be impleaded as respondent no.17 in the connected WP(C) 222(AP)/2017. 3. In view of the statement made by the petitioner-in-person, the prayer made in this interlocutory application is allowed. Accordingly, the opposite party no.17 is permitted to be impleaded as respondent no.17 in the connected WP(C) 222(AP)/2017. 4. The applicant shall file an amended cause title in the connected WP(C) 222(AP)/2017 by handing it over to the Registry for incorporation in the writ petition and for consequential amendment in the CIS data. 5.
