This is an application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Page No.# 2/2 Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of bail to the accused-applicant in connection with Boko Police Station Case No. 106/2026 registered under Sections 64(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant submits that the accused-applicant is nowhere connected to the offence that has been alleged in the FIR dated 04.05.2026 wherein the allegation has been made that the informant was wrongfully touched by the accused-applicant in the pretext of putting some ointment as she was having a problem of pimples. The learned counsel appearing for the accused-applicant submits that the accused-applicant is behind the bars for last 35 (Thirty Five) days and therefore, taking into account the long detention, the accused-applicant should be granted bail. 4. Case Diary in the instant case has been produced before this Court and the same is perused by this Court. 5. After perusal of the Case Diary and having found sufficient prima facie materials against the accused-applicant, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the accused-applicant at this stage. 6.
