Chowdhury, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. K. K. Das, learned APP, Assam. 2. It was informed on the last occasion that the case has already been charge sheeted, but the only query was as to whether the case has been charge sheeted against these petitioners or not. 3. He further from the scanned copy of the TCR it reveals that these two petitioners are also been charge sheeted under Section 303 BNS which is presently pending before the Court of learned CJM, South Salmara. 4. In view of above, both the petitioners are hereby directed to appear before the learned Trial Court with appropriate application for regular bail which may be considered in accordance with law. However, till their appear before the learned Trial Court on the next date fixed, i.e., on 16.06.2026 the interim bail granted to the present petitioners shall continue and no coercive action shall be taken against them, till their appearance before the learned Trial Court. 6.
