Learned State Counsel informs that because of repeated none appearance for the Petitioner, the revision has in the meantime been dismissed for default. Mr. Behera learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in the matter and that he may be granted liberty to file an application for restoration of the revision. 3. Considering the submissions as above, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to seek recall of the order of dismissal of the revision by filing appropriate application within fifteen days from today.
