The 2nd respondent filed counter-affidavit stating that the representations dated 16.04.2026 and 18.04.2026 have already been considered and disposed of and the proceedings have also been communicated to the petitioners. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to challenge the said proceedings. 5. Having regard to the above, the relief sought in the present Writ Petition does not survive for consideration, as the representations dated 16.04.2026 and 18.04.2026 have already been considered, and no further adjudication is necessary. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings passed pursuant to the representations dated 16.04.2026 and 18.04.2026.
