No.89560/ W1/ E1/ 2016 dated 23.03.2017 for promotion to the post of Higher Secondary Headmaster as on 01.01.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to re-fix the ratio amongst feeder categories based upon the present strength of the feeder categories of High School Headmasters and PG Assistants as 1:8.
