This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS praying for granting pre- arrest bail to the accused applicant namely Rintu Ali in connection with Hatigaon Page No.# 2/2 Police Station Case No.23/2026 under Section 305(a) of the BNS, 2023. 3. An FIR was lodged before the Officer-in-Charge, Hatigaon Police Station alleging that some miscreants have stolen certain boring parts from a godown of the informant situated at Sankar Path, Hatigaon. 4. Learned Addl.Public Prosecutor has submitted that charge sheet in the instant case being Charge Sheet No.68/2026 dated 25.05.2026 has been filed. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the instant anticipatory bail application is closed with liberty to the accused/applicant to approach the jurisdictional court, if so advised. 6.
