Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following relief (s) :- BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 “10.a) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased to Call for the entire record pertaining to the selection and appointment to the post of Employment Assistant pursuant to advertisement dated 25.07.2016. 10.b) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased tolssue an appropriate writ/order/direction directing the Respondents to appoint the Petitioner to the post of Employment Assistantat Gram Panchayat Neur, Janpad Panchayat Nawagarh, Dist. Bemetara (C.G.) in accordance with merit and eligibility. 10.c) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly please toGrant consequential benefits including arrears of salary, seniority, continuity of service and other admissible benefits with interest. 10.d) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly please toAward suitable compensation and initiate appropriate action against erring officials. 10.e) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly please to Pass any other order deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner participated in the recruitment proceeding for the post of Employment Assistant in Gram Panchayat Neur. After conclusion of the proceedings, respondents authorities have given appointment to respondent No.4, who is less meritorious than petitioner. Aggrieved with which, petitioner submitted representation before respondent No.2 on 11.09.2024. Based on the said representation, order of appointment of respondent no.4 has been cancelled. Petitioner thereafter, submitted representation for his appointment on the post of Employment Assistant, however, that representation is not considered and decided, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.2 to consider and take 3 decision on the representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that grievance of petitioner is against respondent No.2 for whom he is not appearing. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, in particular, the submission of learned counsel for petitioner that representation submitted for redressal of his grievance is still pending consideration I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing respondent No.2 to take decision on the claim/representation of petitioner at the earliest preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of order. 5.
