Whereas when the copy application was filed before the competent Court, the same was returned on the ground that no charge sheet was filed and therefore, the petitioner has filed the present contempt petition. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that the respondent has already laid the charge sheet through email filing on 23.06.2025 and that subsequent to the filing of the charge sheet, the case has also been taken on file in C.C.No.104 of 2025 dated 23.07.2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam. 3. In view of the same, this Court does not find that the order passed by this Court has been violated.
