According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the subject property has already been declared to be community land in an independently instituted civil proceedings, which according to him, has attained finality. 3. The grievance of the petitioners is essentially with regard to the legality and validity of the alleged sale transaction, which can be challenged by filing a civil suit. Giving liberty to the petitioners to seek appropriate declaration as against the sale transaction before a court of competent jurisdiction, the writ petition is dismissed.
