Sahay, A.P.P. 03/30.04.2026 The petitioner is an accused for the offence punishable under Section 310(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged. The petitioner was initially apprehended in connection with Bhandra P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025 from which he has been remanded in the present case. It is further alleged that the ornaments stolen from the house of the informant were recovered on the confession of the petitioner and were identified in T.I.P., however those were common ornaments and therefore, it cannot be said that the same were the stolen ones. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with the present case since 06.11.2025. At least considering the length of the judicial custody, he may be given the privilege of regular bail. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with the present case since 06.11.2025, I am inclined to enlarge him on bail. 2026:JHHC:12806 - 2 - 5. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Lohardaga in connection with Sessions Trial No. 07 of 2026 arising out of Bhandra P.S.
