Since the natham settlement progress has been initiate in pursuant to the Government Order, the relief as sought for to remove the encroachment need not be considered in the present writ petition If at all any grievance exists to the petitioner, he is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. 3.
