Case No. 40 of 2023, registered under sections 364, 506, 302, 120 and 120B/34 of I.P.C, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has earlier moved in A.B.A. No.2708 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 09.05.2025. He further submits that on the fresh ground second anticipatory bail has been filed. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that there is no fresh ground in the second anticipatory bail application. 5. In course of argument no fresh ground has been argued. Earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner has been dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
