Pushpa, learned counsel along with Ms. Helly Ch., learned counsel on record for arbitration petition petitioner was before this Court. 2026:MNHC:155 [2] It came to light that some inadvertent errors have crept in. [3] Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for arbitration petition petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned arbitration petition but made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the arbitration petition petitioner to file another petition with similar/same prayer on the same issue after making requisite course corrections. To be noted, this course is being adopted as it is less cumbersome compared to filing an amendment application.
