The same is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid communication reveals that the petitioner has been issued a Pension Payment Order and further the arrears of family pension w.e.f. 16.06.2017 to 31.12.2025 amounting to Rs.11,97,000/- will be paid. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? In view of the said fact, he does not want to press the present petition. 4. In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and also for the reason that the grievance raised by the petitioner has been met while releasing the pension and also family pension has been ordered to be paid w.e.f. 01.01.2026, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 5.
