It is case of the petitioner that the petitioner was employed under the second respondent establishment from 2014 to 2021 as Security Guard. After retirement, he applied for withdrawal of provident fund amount, however, the same was rejected stating different reasons. In this regard, the petitioner sent a representation dated 19.12.2025 to the first respondent, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition. 4.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2025 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
