JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner – complainant is before this Court seeking the following prayer: “1. Issue directions to the Bengaluru North CEN PS, to expedite the process of investigation in furtherance of the complaint and FIR dated 06.05.2024, registered in Cr. No. 214/2024, for the offences punishable under Sections 66D and 66C of IT Act and Section 420 of IPC, pending on the file of the Hon'ble 45th Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore, in ANNEXURE A, and file final report in furtherance of the same within a period of one week. 2. Pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice and equity.” The prayer of the petitioner - complainant is to expedite investigation. 2. Learned Additional State Public Prosecutor places on record the charge sheet being filed after investigation. 3. In the light of the filing of the charge sheet, there is no question of directing the respondent for expedite investigation, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20926 WP No. 33208 of 2025 once the charge sheet is filed. Therefore, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court if he is wanting any further investigation to be conducted at the hands of the same Investigating Officer. 4.
